My name is Hope Gallamore Ed.D. and I am the owner of Homegrown Initiatives LLC. I have 15 years of experience in K–12 education and now work in higher education. I bring a well-rounded perspective to supporting schools.
My background includes serving as a teacher, building administrator, curriculum coordinator, district administrator for professional learning and curriculum, and now as a director of instructional design.
I am passionate about partnering with districts to strengthen educational programs, improve student achievement, and empower teachers and administrators to do their best work. Together, we can overcome challenges and foster meaningful, lasting change.
